First, open the free trial option in the RvVPN user panel. Account creation requires only a username and password—no email address required. Use the username for future sign-ins and choose a password that is not reused on other sites. Submit the form to enter the user panel. If the page does not move on, check whether the username is already in use and whether both password entries match, then submit again.

After entering the panel, confirm that the account overview, plan options, and client download options are visible. The goal is not to adjust every setting immediately, but to confirm that the account is ready and to learn where the next options are located. If your browser asks to save sign-in details, decide based on your device habits; on a shared device, sign out of the panel when finished.

Once the account is created, choose an available plan. There is no need to install a client beforehand, because an account without an active plan has no valid subscription for the client to update. Selecting the plan first avoids repeatedly searching for the subscription status after installation.

After signing in, open the plan panel. RvVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets on each billing date, making these plans suitable for regular use with relatively steady monthly consumption. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, so review your current usage before choosing a higher tier.

The other option is a never-expiring data bundle that lasts until the data is used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Bundles suit irregular usage and users who prefer to consume data cumulatively. Because the two options are measured differently, do not compare total data alone—decide whether monthly resets or keeping unused data long term matters more to you.

After choosing a plan, follow the process shown on the order page. RvVPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. After payment, do not create the same order again; return to the order or account overview and check its status first. Once the payment result has synced, the panel will show the active plan and subscription details. If the status has not updated, refresh the order page later. Refunds after the first payment are subject to the terms shown on the page; marketing pages consistently state a 14-day no-questions-asked refund.

When the plan shows as active, the order process is complete. Do not search chat history, search results, or other pages for the subscription address. Return directly to the user panel and retrieve the subscription for the current account. This avoids copying outdated content and keeps future updates under the same account entry point.

After the plan becomes active, open the account overview. In the subscription section, confirm that the plan name, status, and data information are displayed, then use the page’s copy option to retrieve the subscription. The subscription address is tied to your account delivery and should not be published or pasted into untrusted online conversion tools.

The account overview is also usually the starting point for checking subscription status later. If the client suddenly cannot update, return here first to confirm that the plan is still active, then determine whether the issue is local connectivity or client-related. After copying the address, create the subscription configuration in the client for your device.

The client and subscription serve different roles: the client establishes the connection on your device, while the subscription supplies available routes and configuration to the client. Select your operating system in the user panel’s download area and get the corresponding RvVPN client, then import the subscription you copied earlier. This site does not provide static installer links on marketing pages; obtain both the client and subscription from the user panel.

After the subscription update completes, choose a geographically nearby route and start the connection. A client status of “Connected” is only the first check: open commonly used websites to confirm they load normally, and watch for frequent interruptions during continued browsing. During testing, do not enable other tools that take over system network settings, or it will be difficult to determine which configuration is handling the traffic.

If websites open but a specific service remains unavailable, disconnect from the current route, switch to another route in the target region, and reconnect. Services may evaluate the exit region, connection continuity, and account environment. After switching routes, close the old page and open it again so the previous session does not carry over. If no websites load, disconnect first and confirm that your local network can access the internet normally. Then update the subscription again and choose another route. If the issue persists, note the platform, the error shown in the client, the selected region, and the step where the problem occurred. The completion criteria are straightforward: the client can update the subscription, a route can establish a connection, commonly used websites remain accessible, and the device returns to its original network state after disconnection. Once these conditions are met, the basic setup is complete; there is no need to keep changing protocols or system parameters.

For everyday use, treat the account overview as the central entry point. When adding a device, return to the panel’s download area; when updating routes, run a subscription update in the client; when adjusting data usage, compare monthly subscriptions and data bundles in the plan panel. RvVPN supports unlimited devices connected at once, but each device should use its own client configuration. Avoid transferring configuration files from unknown sources between devices.

Route selection does not need to remain fixed. For general browsing, start with a nearby region; for services with specific regional requirements, switch to the corresponding region. If performance changes during peak hours, try another route in the same region before considering a different region.
